High Fives - December 2016 and January 2017 :
Congratulations to the following students for receiving High Fives for the months of December and January:
- High Five to Maddy Lloyd. For extra credit in the History of World War II class, Mattie made a custom model of a WWII fighter aircraft - she did an awesome job! It's on display in Mr. Grimshaw's room (304). Come by and take a look!
- High Fives go to Shane Bowes, Amber Keats, Jess Martinelli, Eden Marco and Cammy Whitcomb were absolutely outstanding in working together with Mrs. Southwick to plan the trip to Quebec and in running the Krispy Kreme Fundraiser.
- High Five to Emma Knight and Colleen Lamprey who spent 20 minutes after the boys' basketball game at David Prouty cleaning the stands. Our students left an abundance of garbage in their gym and the girls took it upon themselves to clean up after the Leicester High fans. Great job exercising responsible citizenship, ladies!
- High Fives to Michaela Hippert and Emily Oliver for great work applying writing and problem solving techniques on AP Biology Midterm.
Congrats to all of our nominees. Thanks for making LHS a great place!
NHS is having a Jean Drive again this year for the Charity Sole Hope. All jeans (any size, color) are due in library by February 24th. Then NHS will have a special meeting to cut the jeans into shoes for African children. Thank you.
